I connect to the points of the stress article where they mention keeping a stress journal and taking time off or giving yourself a break every once in a while. I feel that many times in life we get so wrapped up in deadlines and dates that we don't take a break to think about our overall health, mentally, physically, or spiritually. Taking a break may mean losing time on deadlines, but it could mean that you are keeping yourself healthy for your future. When it comes to keeping a stress journal, everyone should invest in something like that because it is resourceful to look back and see what things we used to ALLOW to stress us out, I say allow because many things are stressful about life, but there is always something more serious happening that what is happening to us personally, and we can chose to allow things to stress us out or just accept that things come with life.
